The Principal Consultant is Heath Lang, a hands-on practical Chartered (and NER) Electrical and Environmental Engineer with 20+ years in sustainable energy development and implementation experience and a proven track record in delivering projects.

Heathydan provides the following professional services:

1. Project feasibility including environmental/planning approvals, stakeholder management, and land negotiations. Taking a project from idea to feasibility.
2. Resource assessment, design, modelling, analysis; focusing on wind, solar, microgrids and battery storage for new and existing projects.
3. Undertaking audits and evaluation of existing sustainable energy assets.
4. Evaluation and providing advice on new sustainable energy technologies.
5. HV, MV and LV power generation network access concept design and connection application processing and negotiation.
6. Contract management including specification, tendering, technical and commercial negotiation, award and management to Australian or international standards.
7. Working within deal teams to take renewable energy projects from feasibility stage to financial close.
8. Project management including scope, scheduling, risk and cost control through the design, procurement, installation and commissioning phases.
9. Superintendent representing client or principal and administering the contract for sustainable energy projects.
10. Owners Engineer representing client’s interests to ensure compliance to specification (and contract) for sustainable energy projects
11. Lenders Engineer representing financiers interest to ensure contractual compliance and certify payment claims for sustainable energy projects.
